BUYER BEWARE! Amazon Customer Outraged At $7K Shipping Charge for Toilet Paper

Two Amazon customers are losing their minds (and rightfully so) over the outrageous prices they were charged to ship every day household products!

Three cases of toilet paper that usually cost Barbara Carroll $88 dollars, turned into a $7500 charge on her credit card because of shipping.

Same story for Lorie Galloway, who is an Amazon Prime member and doesn’t “order anything unless it’s free shipping.” However, on a recent purchase, she was charged over $1,000 to ship a package of paper plates that usually cost $24.

Neither woman noticed the charges until after the fact. Barbara said she screamed, but thought Amazon Customer Service would make it right. WRONG!

Amazon did not refund her the money because Carroll purchased the toilet paper from a third-party seller; same with Lori.

In a statement, Amazon said it “is constantly innovating and improving our customer experience. If customers have concerns or feedback, we encourage them to contact our Customer Service.”
